Darren is the Managing Director of Cprime EMEA​,​ a global Agile consultancy helping organisations transform through agility​,​ product thinking​,​ and technology solutions. Recognised as a SAFe Fellow and one of only 135 SAFe Practice Consultant Trainers (SPCTs) worldwide​,​ Darren is a highly respected thought leader in the Agile community. With a background spanning senior leadership in both banking and IT​,​ Darren has delivered complex transformations​,​ negotiated multi-million-pound contracts​,​ and led teams across global enterprises. He is also the co-author of the SAFe Coaches Handbook​,​ the BCS book “Agile Foundations – Principles​,​ Practices and Frameworks​,​” and a contributor to several other influential works on Agile and SAFe. A passionate practitioner and trainer​,​ Darren is also the founder of the London SAFe Meetup Group and continues to actively support leaders and organisations in achieving business agility.
