Darren is the Managing Director of Cprime EMEA, a global Agile consultancy helping organisations transform through agility, product thinking, and technology solutions. Recognised as a SAFe Fellow and one of only 135 SAFe Practice Consultant Trainers (SPCTs) worldwide, Darren is a highly respected thought leader in the Agile community. With a background spanning senior leadership in both banking and IT, Darren has delivered complex transformations, negotiated multi-million-pound contracts, and led teams across global enterprises. He is also the co-author of the SAFe Coaches Handbook, the BCS book “Agile Foundations – Principles, Practices and Frameworks,” and a contributor to several other influential works on Agile and SAFe. A passionate practitioner and trainer, Darren is also the founder of the London SAFe Meetup Group and continues to actively support leaders and organisations in achieving business agility.
